The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Coordination, agility, resistance, stability, flexibility and proprioception will be objectives within reach during classes! Commitment and dedication will be our allies 🤗 There is always time to start with your dreams and goals, whether you are just starting out, you have been training for a while and you want to give your work a twist to the codes of classical dance from a more organic perspective or dance has simply been part of your life and you like to be active based on the psycho-physical benefits of this discipline. My class is based on the famous Vaganova method. Therefore during our work we will focus on the correct technique of movement and its style, so you will learn not only how to do elements correctly but also will understand how to make your dance look beautiful and catching for audience. Also I stand for a positive approach in the educational process, because I am deeply convinced that this kind of attitude is one of the main keys to improvement.
