My approach is characterized by: Years as a professional stage dancer (contemporary dance), Fighting Monkey Practice (Jozef Frucek & Linda Kapetanea), Evolve, Move, Play (Rafe Kelley), parkour, contact improvisation, strength and flexibility training, climbing, martial arts and Qi Gong. In groups we work a lot with playful movement scenarios, partners and tasks in which we challenge our bodies to learn and grow through other people and their input. Depending on the setting, we also work on different physical/mental skills and qualities, using approaches from dance, Qi Gong, natural movement and strength training. The framework and form of teaching can always be adapted to the individual or group and specialized to meet their needs. There are no restrictions in terms of age or level. Live Online Yoga & Meditation with an International Certified Teacher (New York)

I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.
