My coaching style seeks to fight diabetes through healthy holistic living. Three key features describe my approach to diabetes. Firstly, the holistic approach stresses the need to address diabetes in a way that is helpful, not harmful to health.

The second feature emphasizes tackling the root causes rather than merely treating the symptom. High blood sugar is merely a symptom whereas poor gut health, insulin resistance, and chronic systemic inflammation are root causes.

The third feature encourages eating like the world’s healthiest populations, also known as Blue-zones. This class goes against the widespread belief that all carbs are bad, citing diets of the world’s healthiest populations to differentiate between good and bad carbs.
