I am only available in Brussels at the end of the week, from Friday evening to Sunday late afternoon (work in Flanders), we can arrange the dates in a private message ;-)

I can bring my own equipment (except cookware, of course) or use yours, it doesn't matter, I'll sharpen your knives if it's really necessary, but for the rest, any working condition is conducive to good taste.

For the ingredients, we will discuss a recipe or we can even learn to improvise something with what you have left, taking into account your goals and personal tastes.
