I will be glad to help you get a command in my native tongue. As any language, Russian has a very interesting stucture and communicative culture, bound with the history. Using that, I like explaining the complex grammar points of the language and nuances of vocabulary.

If you want to get the skill of speaking quickly, you should be ready for a certaion amount of self-learning and homework, what is indespansable however.
