After 15 years of French boxing (or "savate"), competitions in technique and combat, as well as sports coaching, I offer: - private sports coaching (1 to 2 people) - private English and/or French boxing lessons (4 people maximum for better progress) - 1h or 2h - at the EEBIC building (at the Erasmus metro station) - available from Monday to Sunday French boxing or "savate" was born in France in the early 19th century to meet the demand for safety in the streets while offering intense physical activity. Trusted teacher: My classes are aimed at anyone wishing to initiate or improve the practice of Kick Boxing, K-1 and Muay Thai, while improving their physical abilities overall. I will adapt to your physical condition, your age, etc. to build a tailor-made program. A typical session generally begins with a generalized then specific warm-up of 10 to 15 minutes (joints, muscle preparation, cardio, etc.), then we move on to the body of the session for 35 to 40 minutes where we work together boxing techniques with “paos or bear paws” (to learn or perfect the different basic movements and movements). It is also possible to do "circuit training" during the session, that is to say a set of exercises that work the whole body (burpees, squats, rhythm scale for footwork, etc. and boxing exercises). We finish with around ten minutes of muscle strengthening (abdominals, core, etc.) and a return to calm. Good humor, surpassing oneself, personal development, determination, results and satisfaction will be the key words of our sessions. Excellent first course! After +4 years without any noteworthy sport activities, it was a bit of a challenge to book this first session, but Danny did a great job in fueling my motivation. He immediately found the right balance between keeping it doable yet challenging. Perfect build up and cool down, I feel the workout but no pain. I think I am hooked!

Simon is a great instructor. Very professional. Highly recommended for beginners, intermediate and advanced boxers. Classes are demanding and offer an opportunity for rapid improvement of your skills. Again, highly recommended for anybody seriously interested in kick boxing.
