Violin Lessons (Beginner and Intermediate Students)Is that old violin in the basement gathering dust? Have you always dreamed of picking up the fiddle? Do you want to explore new ways to make music, impress your family at the holiday party, or gain a cool new hobby to replace Netflix and doomscrolling (don't worry, we've all been there...)?!
Time to take violin lessons! I have been playing violin for 17 years and teaching professionally for 5 years. I am classically trained, but like to dabble in Old Time fiddle! I received my undergraduate degree in violin performance, with a minor in violin pedagogy, from Lawrence Conservatory in Appleton, WI and graduated summa cum laude. I have also received teacher training in the Suzuki violin method for units 1 and 2. I specialize in teenage and adult beginners, but I also have experience teaching a wide variety of students!
My teaching philosophy: music is for everyone! I want violin learning to be fun. Yes, we practice scales and etudes, but we also improvise, learn to express yourself through your instrument, and focus on the music YOU want to learn. Bach and Mozart? We can do that! Fiddle tunes? Let's do it! Your favorite pop song? We'll make it happen! Let's bring the PLAY back into playing music :).

Japantown English Learning Language Experience OutingEnglish has become one of the most spoken languages in the world. It's almost required when living in America. It can also help when abroad since English has become very common across the world. Kids are learning English and their native tongues across the world.
Learning English can be scary and hard, especially in a traditional classroom setting. I believe that a natural and immersive approach is the best way to really grasp a language and have it come to you easily.
That's why I'm offering classes for English learners where we'll enjoy our time in Japantown and The Fillmore Districts and you'll learn English and local history through interaction and experience.
We'll talk to people I know, visit public places like the Japanese Cultural Communicate Center and Japantown Mall, play games, go to the library, enjoy local food, and casually chat in English to help improve your understanding. I'll help guide you gently when approaching people and going things like ordering food.
For those not local, I also offer classes remotely!
If you're interested please reach out and we can discuss your language learning goals! I look forward to meeting you!

RESET: Nervous System Regulation for Sustainable PerformanceMost people don’t burn out because they’re weak — they burn out because their nervous system never gets a chance to recover.
In this 60-minute masterclass, you’ll learn how to recognize when your body is signaling stress, how to reset your physiology through breath and awareness, and how to create sustainable performance by working with your nervous system instead of against it.
We’ll explore the five phases of the RESET Method — Recognize, Engineer, Stabilize, Execute, and Track — and you’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to calm your system, refocus your energy, and return to clarity.
This class blends neuroscience, movement, and mindfulness to help you reconnect to your natural rhythm — so you can lead, create, and live from regulation, not reactivity.
No prior experience required. Just bring your breath, an open mind, and space to reset.

Fundamentals of Western Alchemy: History, Philosophy, and PracticeAlchemy is often dismissed as myth or metaphor, but in truth it was a practical science that shaped chemistry, medicine, and natural philosophy for centuries. This course introduces you to the real fundamentals of Western alchemy, taught by a practitioner who has studied and worked with traditional methods firsthand.
We will cover:
• The Four Elements and the Three Philosophical Principles (Sulfur, Mercury, Salt).
• The core laboratory operations: calcination, distillation, sublimation, and more.
• The great sources of alchemy, from the Emerald Tablet to Paracelsus.
• How alchemy functioned as a genuine experimental discipline, not just allegory or “spiritual symbolism”.
This is a class for serious beginners and curious minds who want to understand alchemy as it truly was: both a practical art and a living tradition.
No prior knowledge required, only curiosity and respect for the subject.
