Alessandro has been a very motivating Italian teacher who consistently adapted his lessons to my needs and challenges. As a native Italian speaker with an in-depth command of the language, he has an excellent understanding of the language's grammar and idiom which he can explain clearly and effectively. His lessons were interactive and well structured, usually combining checking grammar and translation homework with new material, conversation or listening exercises.

Hota is a wonderful person to know, and a great teacher. She has gone above and beyond our expectations and she is always on point in helping me and my husband with understanding the Japanese culture, the people, the language, the places, the lifestyle…. She’s even come to our hotel to teach us, even in the cold snowy day.. she’s really awesome and a lovely person to know. It’s also nice to make a new friend and teacher in Japan.. I highly suggest Mariana! I got into her class when I already had a very basic knowledge of Portuguese and I mostly needed a conversation buddy. As soon as she understood my level, she was able to quickly adjust her approach to my needs by making the classes very fun and my level go up. Every couple of classes she assessed my needs and weaknesses in the language. I had lots of improvements in a couple of months together and the classes fly by!! :)
