I’m Lizzie, a biology graduate and qualified teacher with over a decade’s experience of working in education.

I believe in the importance of dialogue in teaching and learning. When taking classes with me, you can expect to be challenged with questions adapted to your level, and I hope we can engage in discussions over the topics you find most interesting or need more support with.

- Use Notion as a platform to share all my resources.
- Use mock papers that lay out the exercises JUST like in the real exams, so you will feel really prepared.
- I give homework when appropriate.
- I provide any kind of mentoring and college counseling. People who study Biology and Chemistry usually want to pursue a clinical career-- and that is a complex process!

I am French, with a Master's degree in Biology, and experience working with students in the French education system in Medellín. I am familiar with the demands of primary and secondary school, as well as the difficulties students may encounter in SVT (natural sciences), French, or with work organization.

I speak Spanish and English, which allows me to easily adapt to Colombian or bilingual students and communicate clearly with families.

Biology course for Secondary and High School

This course is aimed at Secondary and High School students who wish to reinforce, expand or consolidate their knowledge in Biology, improving their understanding of fundamental concepts and their academic performance.

The classes promote critical thinking, scientific understanding, and the practical application of the content, helping students develop effective study habits and confidence in the subject.

English Course (levels A1–B2)

This course is designed for students who wish to learn or improve their level of English from basic (A1) to upper intermediate (B2), following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

The four language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—are developed in a balanced way, along with reinforcement of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Classes are dynamic and practical, with communicative activities, real-life scenarios, educational games, and academic preparation.
