The goal is to equip students with the knowledge of how to use exercise therapy as a tool to promote recovery, enhance function, and prevent future injuries. •Learning Exercises for Specific Conditions ~In my classes, students will explore a wide range of conditions—such as low back pain, osteoarthritis, stroke rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery—and learn how to tailor exercise programs to meet the unique needs of each patient. •For Musculoskeletal Conditions: ~Students will learn exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and stability for conditions like mechanical low back pain, shoulder impingement, or knee osteoarthritis. For example, core stabilization exercises are commonly prescribed for low back pain to improve spinal support and reduce pain recurrence. ~Students will practice various techniques like strength training, range of motion exercises, and stretching to restore function and reduce pain. •For Neurological Conditions not: For conditions like stroke or spinal cord injury, students will focus on exercises that target motor recovery, balance, and coordination. Neuroplasticity-based exercises, such as task-specific training or gait retraining, help restore lost functions and improve independence in daily activities. •For Cardiopulmonary Conditions: In patients recovering from conditions like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or post-cardiac surgery, students will learn about aerobic conditioning and breathing exercises. These exercises help to improve cardiovascular endurance, lung function, and overall physical capacity. ~Each condition requires a specific set of exercises that are carefully selected based on the patient’s limitations, goals, and overall health status.

After the successful three editions of Feel Relieved and Fit classes, I would like to announce the new dates for the upcoming edition in 2023. To come across more international audiences the newest classes will happen online. The entire program of four classes is suitable for everyone who suffers from lower back problems and is keen to build a strong and flexible body. A range of health classes is suitable for varying levels of ability and age. I prepared a 4 classes programme divided into 1-hour-long sessions. The schedule for the Lower Back Classes 1 Saturday 6 May at 9.30 am (CEST) The most common types of lower back problems and mobility exercises for the pelvis Classes 2 Saturday 13 May at 9.30 am (CEST) Going deeper into the anatomy and the active stretching training Classes 3 Saturday 27 May at 9.30 am (CEST) Reasons for the lower back pain and strengthening exercises for a healthy lower back Classes 4 Saturday 3 June at 9.30 am (CEST) Mobilisation, stretching and strengthening exercises The classes will be delivered online via the streaming service Butter. All attendees will receive the unique link the day before the event.
