About Me

My name is Hessen. I am from Egypt. I have always loved learning languages and Mathematics.

The reason I love learning languages is because I spent long parts of my life living in the USA and now I live in Switzerland for my college studies. this means that I spent years learning English and French. This has given me good experience in what people need most when they start learning a language from scratch until they are able to communicate with others. I have worked hard, and even suffered to reach the level I did in English and French. This is why I am hoping to teach others to show them that learning languages doesn't have to be difficult and hard. Instead, it can be an enjoyable process full of lots of fun activities and learning new things.

I have also loved mathematics. Since I was a kid, I have always excelled in it in every exam starting from middle school until now in my studies at EPFL. For a long time, I have helped my friends at school and my colleagues at EPFL with math. I loved teaching this subject and my friends loved the fact that I was patient with them, always going step by step until they could finally understand the problem.
