I have been fortunate enough to work with Sharon, for about a month now, to address a string of sports injuries incurred through my military career. Her classes have been so very positive, encouraging, and free of any sort of judgement . Sharon maintains wonderful professional boundaries and has met me where I am at, in my own journey, and approached our time as a guide to my own personal goals. At the risk of buffing my own ego, I have been fortunate enough to spend stretches of time in most of the “spiritual”/yoga hubs around the world (Bali, Koh Phangan, Rishikesh, Ibiza, etc) and struggle to recall a better example of one whose own practice is better reflected from the inside out. We are really lucky to have Sharon right here in CDMX, I highly recommend her 🙏🏻
