I have a Master's in Physics with honors from the University of Leicester (which was featured at the time as a top 5 Physics university in the UK by The Guardian) and a - french - European School diploma in which I achieved 90% in Physics and 85% in Maths. Helping others understand difficult topics and skills is something that I am very passionate about as an empathetic person. I have experience teaching Physics and Maths to kids from unprivileged backgrounds at the homework school in Saint-Gilles (CASG du Service Social Juif asbl) as well as 5 years of private teaching. In my classes, I aim to: - help students achieve better grades in exams/tests in all branches of Physics & Maths - clearly explain and break down topics - give context and or example applications of topics (to improve understanding and memorization) - help with ADHD & other learning disabilities - give practical advice for university applications (eg. UCAS in the UK) and discuss the exciting Physics research/work and projects you can work on later in life. Physics has a plethora of useful and fascinating applications, from the detection of Gravitational Waves and Gamma-Ray Bursts to the development of novel Medical Imaging techniques and Nano-technology (eg: smartphones). I work with students at school level, SAT level, and university level, supporting them in building a strong foundation and progressing confidently through their subjects. My teaching approach begins with identifying each student’s gaps in understanding. I then provide clear explanations using simple language, structured steps, and relatable examples. Once the concept is understood, I guide students through practice, allowing them to apply what they’ve learned and develop real confidence in problem-solving. Many of my students see improvement within a few lessons. I also create personalized exercises tailored to each student, helping reinforce knowledge and target specific weaknesses. After only a few lessons with Jeremy, I can say that he helped me progress more than I was able to achieve in 2 years trying to learn the bass through Youtube videos… He helped with the theoretical aspects as well as with my playing technique. He is very methodical and adapts to your needs and requests, and he also provided me with homework and very helpful tips and practice exercices. Highly recommended!

My daughter had a few knowledge gaps for her last year of solfege at the academie (i.e. advanced solfege) so we seek help from Ana Maria. In one intensive session she was able to explain all that was needed and get my daughter back in track. On top of this, Ana Maria was very fast to respond to the request and to propose a date for the session, so I absolutely recommend her.

I have had several lessons with Francesco, and he is an excellent teacher! I am a beginner on the Double Bass but have previously played other instruments and know a bit about theory, so I really appreciate his versatility in expalining different musical aspects.
