EN: I am a creative individual that loves Tutoring I always ensure that each individual will leave the session having learned new skills they can independently develop after the session. I like to integrate Photography to make a more memorable and practical experience. I also use collage and mixed media to experiment with photography and different textures. I can also teach photoshop and how to really make your shots unique.

During sessions, we will walk in Barcelona and discover sights to photograph, all you need is your phone or if you wish to bring a camera that is fine. The lenses I provide help adapt your device to macro and other fun effects! There are also important lessons in structuring a shot, lighting, themes, and technical areas. I am native English speaking with a Degree in Photography and have worked creatively for the last 10 years across many community projects so I have a lot of experience and insight to share! Lars

Soy una persona creativa que ama la Tutoría. Siempre me aseguro de que cada persona salga de la sesión aprendiendo nuevas habilidades que pueden desarrollar de forma independiente después de la sesión. Me gusta integrar la fotografía para hacer una experiencia más memorable y práctica. También uso collage y técnicas mixtas para experimentar con fotografía y diferentes texturas. I started with photography about 8 years old because my aunty in Canada had a dark room she built in the basement and I was hooked from then. We took a lot of photos during that trip and I always carried a disposable camera from then on really and then eventually a digital compact camera before studying at Uni. I used to edit images, print and re-draw on them, bleach into them, colour/ edit. I started at about 10 years old using miscrosoft paint and eventually photoshop to layer images and makes collages, I was always drawn to the many mediums photography opens and the instantaneous moment someone gets a shot, whether it be their first or one of many there is something exciting about that and the potential it holds on its own or to transform with different materials. I work freelance as a Photographer for weddings and alternative events. I also Tutor Art to all ages and provide photography tours around the city. My personal artwork is a mix of photography, illustration and collage. Focusing on community projects is part of my practise and I deliver a programme using visual arts, sound, mixed media and spoken word. Opleiding

I have a degree in Photography from Brighton University, I have been working for a variety of charities and magazines shooting large scale projects and Tutoring for the last 10 years in London, Berlin and Barcelona.

Leservaring

I love people watching and city shots, candid photography and images of reflection/surprise/ irony/ contrast and most of all architecture and asymmetrical angles. I have always shared my passion in photography with the community, young people and most of all with unlikely characters. I worked in many prisons and with individuals on life licence, people coming through substance misuse and also mental health conditions. I think there is an essence in photography that can in-light confidence in anyone and it is exactly by working with such a cross range of people that I can now adapt and facilitate workshops and tours to any. I really like the energy young teens bring and for curious people and advanced photographers I think I can still add a different perspective to the capturing of images.
