About Me
I have lived in Amsterdam since 1972. I was born in Gorinchem. After high school I did the Academy for Book Trade and Publishing in Amsterdam. I worked for a number of years at booksellers and publishers. I started working at the University of Amsterdam where I was head of ICT at the Faculty of Law and where I taught computer skills to professors, PhD students, teachers and support staff for many years. That's where I got my love for teaching. During my period at the university I participated in various international projects. I obtained a diploma in Higher Management in the Netherlands and studied management for two years at the University of Derby (UK).
