He teaches you how to play in tune and introduces you to tone articulation on the saxophone, when you are ready for it. He guides your own practice efficiently, so you can be certain to not loose time. In addition, you learn to read notes and a lot about music in general. Emidio is a kind, patient, supportive and encouraging saxophone teacher, who is ready to reply to whatever question you throw at him. Emidio communicates well and is clear. I started my yoga journey with Bahar 2-3 months ago with private lessons, and she has been a wonderful teacher so far. She is very attentive, and centers the experience and expectations of the student. Every week or two, we assess how my personal practice is going, and adjust the flow of the classes accordingly. Instead of just telling or demonstrating what to do, she remains in constant dialogue with me in order that I find what resonates with me in terms of movement, pace, and balance. I am very happy with our classes, and would continue for longer!

Maram is one of the best Arabic teachers I've ever had the pleasure of studying with. Very intelligent, and is particularly good at anticipating the student's questions and interests. Strong knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic, as well as Syrian and other dialects. Great personality that makes learning fun. Very flexible in accommodating student's interests; I can personally testify to her aptitude in discussing political materials at the advanced level. All in all, she has everything you might want in a tutor. I would highly recommend!
