Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!** A passionate lover of the English culture and lifestyle, I have acquired official certification equivalent to Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) level, corresponding to level C2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (the highest level possible). After living in the United States for two years, I am currently pursuing a double major Anglais/Etudes Internationales at the Sorbonne University in Paris. My experience in France has taught me that due to the specific nature of the English language and the limited time to practice it, there is an issue when it comes to conversational English. This is what my lessons will focus on - everyday conversational English, correction of accent, learning about stress and sentence dynamics which help you to sound more natural and understanding of phonology and the IPA transcription. If you are shy when it comes to expressing yourself in front of others; if you find yourself lacking the "proper" expressions or tools to engage in everyday conversations; or if you just want to learn what does "hitting the books", "to lose your touch", or to "pitch in" mean - this class is probably for you. And I promise you we'll have a lot of fun while learning! Note: This class focuses mainly on American English.

Trusted teacher: I give with great pleasure and passion oboe lessons for budding musicians of all ages and all levels - from total beginner oboist to very advanced level - through progressive lessons, based on the instrumental technique of the oboe and the development of musical expression on the instrument. I am patient and attentive, and I consider that it is obviously essential to adapt to the objectives and personality of the student. My pedagogy is based on the exchange, the development of the listening of the feelings with the instrument, the methodology in the work which leads to the effectiveness, and naturally the pleasure which the practice of the oboe gets. I seek to transmit to the student the simple and effective technical and musical tools that will allow him to quickly be as autonomous as possible in his personal work outside of oboe lessons. I also play during the lesson, in order to guide the student as well as possible, and sometimes also to have him play in a duet and develop listening and collective practice. Teaching for ten consecutive years in conservatories, I have a very rich and solid experience of pedagogy. I can also give lessons on the making of oboe reeds: assembly, the different styles of scratching, the choice of reeds, tools, etc. This manual aspect, complementary to the practice of the oboe, also fascinates me a lot and I have acquired a great experience in this field during many years of practice. First two hours done with Martin. It was a chill environment and he is someone easy to interact with and you can feel he have experience giving lessons. I learned what was the purpose of this introduction to blender and the lesson was custom to my needs. We have planned another one and so should you, as he is a good teacher take time to listen to your needs and assess what should help you in your learning.
