Thanks to her guidance, I have made tremendous progress in my Spanish. I was able to pass my school exams and achieve the B2 leven in almost record time, gain admission to a university in Spain, and I am now preparing for the C1 exam, something that would not have been possible without her support. I have also started learning Korean with her, a language that used to intimidate me. Now I genuinely enjoy speaking with her and learning new things. She has an impressive knowledge of the culture, which makes the classes even more interesting. Her classes are always dynamic, engaging, and thoughtfully structured. She has a fascinating background and a unique ability to explain even complex topics in a clear and simple way. I am so glad that I have chosen Lucia as my Spanish teacher. Our first two classes were very enjoyable. In our first meeting, we first discussed my learning goals and how we will work together. We have agreed the structure for our classes. It was participative and fun, yet she held me responsible for my earning by giving me assignments and reviewing my progress. With a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language, Yimer is obviously very qualified but he also has a gift of teaching that is very effective in making progress on the learning journey. Part of this has to be in his patience and being a teacher that has a way of explaining things, both in English and Spanish, that make learning easier. I have had quite a few Spanish tutors over the years but Yimer, is clearly the best.
