Hi, I am 16 years old and I am a personal trainer. I have been working out for a lot of my teenage life, I know many workout routines which can best fit many different types of students. I have learnt to personalise class to make sessions both efficient, but also fun for the student. I like to have a laugh, but am also a professional meaning I work hard, and am organised. I am originally from England, but after living there for 11 years I moved to Amsterdam. I love musical instruments, and I have played many ranging from the piano to drums, to trumpet to recorder. I am a huge fan of traveling, my family takes me to all corners of the globe. I am such a foodie, the more exotic the food is, the better. Overall I love spending time with family and friends when I am not studying to become a veterinarian.
