About Me
My name is Dorota, I am a musician, specialized as a flutist and physical performer with experience in professional music performance (concerts, orchestras, ensemble performances and concerts) and physical theater performances.
I started taking music lessons when I was 6. I played the recorder, piano and sang in a children's choir for many years. Later I continued with modern flute studies, which I completed with flute performance and pedagogy.
In 2013 I moved to the Netherlands to continue my music studies. I obtained my master's degree at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (graduated in June 2020) and my bachelor's degree at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, both with a specialization in 'Early Music – Traverso/Baroque Flute'.
I am very passionate about combining music and flute playing with movement, creating musical theater performances and performative concerts both as a soloist and with different groups and ensembles.
