These yoga sessions offer a complete approach to the practice, integrating its essential dimensions: asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and the philosophical foundations of yoga. The intention is to explore yoga not only as a physical discipline, but as a coherent and transformative practice. The classes are accessible to everyone. Beginners can discover the foundations in a progressive way, while more experienced practitioners can deepen and refine their practice. Each session explores the connection between movement, breath, and awareness, allowing the practice to unfold both physically and inwardly. Classes are available in English and French. I live and work in Sri Lanka most of the year, where I teach yoga daily, and I am based in Europe during the spring and summer.
