Over
I have been tutoring and helping students for roughly four years now, both in Singapore and the UK with subjects spanning from biology, chemistry and physics to psychology and art.
I am very passionate about learning, especially learning about psychology and aim to pursue psychology at university and as a career.
I may not have degree-level experience yet but I have been a straight A* student in psychology over my A-level course and have gotten 100% in all of my essays and almost all of my exams, so have the knowledge, experience, and passion to help others expand their understanding of psychology as a subject.
I am a very enthusiastic teacher but need my students to be willing to learn and grow as well as I tailor my lessons and teaching style to each individual person I tutor to help them unlock their full potential.
When tutoring I have seen a major improvement in my students and peers' grades, understanding of the subject, and confidence in answering questions and performing exams.
Opleiding
I have achieved a grade A* for A-level AQA Psychology, EPQ, and AQA Fine Art, and a grade A in OCR A-level Biology.
I have achieved IGCSE's grades 9-7.
I aim to study Psychology at Trinity College Dublin.
Leservaring
I have been tutoring my peers and younger students in Psychology A level for the past two years and have been very happy to see their grades and confidence growing with the subject as a result. As well as this I was tutoring GCSE students in Biology, Chemistry and Physics for a year and too saw immense improvements in their grades and attitude towards learning.

Self-Inquiry is a mindfulness-based healing method, ideal for people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and psychosomatic symptoms.

I love things that are simple, practical, and effective... something you should be able to explain to a 10-year-old. Self-Inquiry is a method for restoring and maintaining healthy balance — something that really should be taught in school. It is practical, straightforward, and profoundly effective.

The method is based on the principle that the signals we receive from the body are designed to guide us toward a happy, healthy, and long life. In spiritual traditions, this collection of signals is often called “the Inner Compass.”

Just like a small cut on your finger heals on its own when the right conditions are created, the body can also heal energetic, emotional, and mental blockages when we listen and support the process.

The body is constantly communicating with you — through pain, tension, pressure but also through feelings and emotions, love, inspiration, curiosity, and vitality. Even though the body is always trying to guide us toward happiness, many of us in the Western world have never learned how to listen to it or act in alignment with its signals.
So... back to basics!

From my own experience, I know how tempting it can be to search for happiness outside yourself while ignoring what the body is trying to tell you. Fifteen years ago, I ended up in a burnout — a very loud message from the body that it was time for rest and reflection.

The good news is: you don’t need to wait until things get that far.

During the sessions, you will learn:
- how to reconnect with yourself, your body, and the signals it gives you — and how to translate those signals into daily life
- how to live in alignment with your deepest truth, your personal boundaries, and your deeper longings

I will give you the tools to explore your inner world and support your own healing. And I will guide you through regular, facilitated Self-Inquiry sessions to help you deepen the process. The combination of personal practice and periodic guided sessions provides the best results.

Additional Information for Students

These are online sessions, so you will need:
- a computer or laptop with a camera
- a stable internet connection
- a notebook for taking notes

Do you sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, even though everything seems to be “fine” on the surface? Would you like to improve your relationship with yourself or others, find more inner calm, or navigate personal challenges with greater confidence and awareness?

In my coaching sessions, I support people who want to grow personally and emotionally—whether the focus is on self-acceptance, emotional intelligence, resilience, work-life balance, finding purpose, relationships, or achieving meaningful life goals. Together, we explore your concerns, strengthen your existing resources, and develop practical solutions tailored to your unique situation.

I work from the understanding that you already possess many of the resources needed for growth and change. As the expert on your own life, you bring the knowledge of your experiences, values, and aspirations. I support you to define your goals more clearly, identify your strengths and inner resources, and discover meaningful ways to turn your intentions into action. Our focus is not on fixing what is “wrong,” but on understanding what matters most to you and how you can shape a more conscious, authentic, and fulfilling life.

Through targeted questioning techniques and solution-focused approaches, we explore new perspectives and possibilities for action. Many difficulties arise from unhelpful thought patterns or habitual ways of responding. Together, we can identify these patterns and develop more supportive and empowering alternatives. Rather than applying standard solutions, I work with your individuality, strengths, and personal resources.

My approach integrates methods from psychological counseling, mindfulness coaching, and solution-focused communication. I also draw on concepts from systemic and hypnosystemic counseling, as well as organizational and communication psychology. A particular focus of my work is the combination of mindfulness, resource orientation, humor, lightness, and depth. I believe that personal growth becomes more sustainable when self-awareness, compassion, and a sense of ease are part of the process.

My qualifications include certifications in Psychological Counseling and Mindfulness Coaching (ILS), a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the NHL Stenden University, as well as international specializations in Inspirational Coach and Leader at the Universitas Triatma Mulya and Mindful Leadership at Stenden Thailand.

I offer a supportive space for reflection, personal growth, and meaningful change—helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being in both your personal and professional life.
