About Me

I have been a teacher my entire life. I ran a language school in China for 13 years, and we taught more than 500 students. I have opened two branches where young students, adults, and seniors receive lessons.
My students have achieved great academic success thanks to the efficiency of the teaching method I have designed. I find it very important to focus on each individual and to adapt the lessons to his or her needs and learning style. I focus on speaking, because Chinese is a living language – and it must be spoken from day one.
My students start speaking from day one. I make sure they feel confident and safe to make mistakes, because mistakes are the key to learning :-)

A little about myself:
I am a very sporty person. I love road cycling, swimming, and traveling. One of my fondest memories is cycling 124 kilometers in one day around Lake Er in Yunnan province. I really loved it :-)
I have traveled to 11 foreign countries on 3 different continents. Traveling is my passion. I also enjoy reading and learning more about other cultures.
