Mijn naam is Patricia Vila en ik ben de eigenaar van Habla Spaans. Een éénmans bedrijfje dat zicht richt op het verzorgen van Spaanse lessen voor een breed publiek; studenten die een tijd in Spanje of Latijns-Amerika gaan verblijven, die graag hun Spaans willen bijhouden of zich voorbereiden op een examen of een DELE certificaat, families met kinderen die op vakantie gaan in een Spaanstalig land, bedrijven die hun medewerkers Spaans laten leren, etc.

Ik ben geboren en opgegroeid in Cusco, Peru. Ik heb 2 kinderen en woon in Bilzen, Belgie, vlakbij Maastricht en Hasselt. In Peru heb ik sinds 2001 ervaring als Spaanse lerares, en heb vanaf 2003 een eigen talenschool in Cusco Peru. Ik heb ervaring met verschillende niveaus van beginner tot vergevorderd, met studenten van verschiilende nationaliteiten, merendeel Belgisch, Nederlands, Duits, Noord-Amerikaans en Australisch.

The aim of these classes is to encourage the motivation of the student, showing him/her that creativity and curiosity can go beyond what we think we are able to do. Anything is possible when talking about art! Learning a language is also a matter of motivation and it depends more on the attitude of the teacher than the student's. For that reason, my role is to captivate what the interest of those who I am teaching and help them towards learning a beautiful language while having fun and developing their creativity.

In this course, not only you will be able to gain knowledge and fluency in the Spanish language, but you will also be able to expand your creativity and artistic skills by enjoying sessions where these two get mixed. At the same time, the first 15 min of each class will be destined to a little Spanish-related session, where activities such as reading comprehensions, talks, role plays or grammar exercises will be performed. This way, listening, speaking and writing skills will be developed and improved! The topics will depend on the interests and likes of the student and school support can also be assured by helping with homework as well as providing useful material in case self-study is needed.

The rest of the class will be based on different activities, once again, depending on the likings and ambitions of the student. Throughout the course, you will be able to try different features like painting, drawing, creative writing, theater, singing, acting, photographing, video editing or music playing. Each week will be based on a project that we will be working on together. The only rule is that the final result will have to be in Spanish!

These classes are very flexible and can vary from a very basic level to a quite advanced one, regarding the language. The artistic skills however, due to limitation of the materials available, can only range between beginner and intermediate. For the most little ones, babysitting is available.

Ik ben al meer dan 12 jaar leraar. Ik heb Engels en Spaans gegeven aan tieners en volwassenen van verschillende niveaus in zowel persoonlijke als online lessen, maar meestal heb ik les gegeven in taalinstituten.

Ik vind het leuk om Engels en Spaans te doceren, niet alleen omdat ik altijd al een passie heb gehad voor het leren van talen, maar ook omdat ik mijn studenten vaak laat glimlachen, lachen en zich op hun gemak voelen in de klas.

Jouw wensen, doelen, motivatie en interesses staan bij mij voorop. Ik heb ervaring met het geven van zakelijk en algemeen Engels, zodat studenten een bredere woordenschat kunnen hebben. In mijn lessen leer je Spaans op u eigen tempo en met flexibele uren. Op school leer je Spaans en wanneer je met de mensen zelf spreekt is het helemaal anders.
Spaans is mijn moeder taal waardoor ik u correct Spaans kan leren en u ook kan voorbereiden om met Spaanstalige mensen te kunnen communiceren.

Mijn doel is dat u zich comfortabel voelt en vol zelfvertrouwen de taal spreekt.

Ik bied ook lessen aan voor kinderen in het Spaans. Soms kan het moeilijk zijn om een tweede taal bij te houden en daar wil ik hen zeker mee helpen.

Ik spreek ook perfect Nederland en Engels dus als u 1 van deze talen wenst te spreken kan ik u die ook aanleren.

Ik geef bijles en huiswerkbegeleiding voor het vak Spaans. Hierin kan ik je helpen met je huiswerk of met dingen waar je tegenaan loopt. Dit geldt bij alle gebieden van het vak, waaronder bijvoorbeeld grammatica, vocabulaire of alledaagse gespreksonderdelen.

In de bijles stel ik eerst het niveau vast van de leerling en aan de hand daarvan zie ik op welke gebieden de leerling hulp nodig heeft. Die hulp geef ik door schriftelijke opdrachten en mondelinge interacties te bieden. Soms doe ik een overhoring om de vooruitgang van de leerling vast te stellen.

De lessen houd ik flexibel. Deze kunnen bijvoorbeeld altijd afgezegd worden en ze hoeven niet met veel tijd van tevoren te worden ingepland. Ik wil mijn relatie met de leerling en ouders persoonlijk houden, aangezien ik zelf ook maar een student ben.
