Hello, my name is Carmen😊
I’m originally from Germany, lived in London and now in Brussels.
I’m teaching Mindful Vinyasa flow classes for everyone, group classes and in person. Also pregnancy Yoga and kids Yoga. Most important thing in my classes are to create a space where students feels comfortable.

During the classes importance is given to get people into their bodies in a way that increases body awareness, strength and flexibility. We will work on a range of different exercises where adaptions are possible at all times.
I'm very happy teaching people with different abilities and ages.

Vinyasa yoga, also called vinyasa flow, is a dynamic and energetic sequence of movements synchronised with the breathing. I integrate mindfulness and relaxation exercises at the end of the practice. I have taught small groups of adults in a sports center and done one-to-one sessions.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, greatly focusing on the body-mind connection, using the breath as a guide throughout any movement or sequence. My classes are invigorating while inclusive and adapted to any level of practice.

Before your first class, we will chat about what you are looking for in yoga, and I will adapt to your needs accordingly. With sustained and conscious practice, you will be able to reconnect to your body, build strength and stamina, improve your posture, flexibility, concentration and breath capacity, but also relieve or prevent chronic pain such as back problems or joint issues.

My aim is also for you to have a glimpse about what yoga is off the mat, if you are interested in knowing more about yogic philosophy.

I completed my 200-hour training at Sequence yoga academy in Tokyo in 2023 and became a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher.
I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years since I started my career as a vocalist to align my mind and body.
In 2018, I qualified as a Laughter Yoga teacher in Japan, but I can now teach regular yoga as well :)

I offer an individual or group Hatha Yoga Sivananda class (maximum 5 people)
I trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans during a one-month immersive training course certified by Yoga Alliance.
The complete session lasts 1h30 and consists of breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) as well as relaxation interludes (savasanas) throughout the practice. And I accompany you through the movements throughout the course.
I also have an important knowledge of the philosophy of Yoga which I teach alongside my classes according to your own interest. And I can also teach you about practicing mantras (sacred Hindu chants). Looking forward to teaching you!

Hello! I am Mallika. I am from India and have been a yoga practitioner for over a decade. I started teaching yoga in Brussels in 2021.
