I'm a native Persian speaker who learned English in Iran and French in Belgium! so I know truly what it means the struggle of learning a new language. I believe pressure, shyness and lack of confidence deprive us of learning languages. so my method is based on joy, repetition, and encouragement. Farsi is beautiful because it has melted in a rich (and complicated) culture. so learning Farsi, without learning Iranian culture is no fun! I would like to read poems, make fanzines and small publications and have real activities with my students more than just sitting and teaching!
