Acting is not just for the stage — it can also be a powerful tool for personal development. There are many wonderful exercises that help you connect with yourself, your body, your emotions, and your energy. Have you ever wondered why your voice shakes, or why you get a stomach ache before speaking in public? It’s not all in your head — it’s a complex mind–body connection. I have a background in theatre, having studied theatre directing and completing my PhD in 2015. Even during my studies, I was fascinated by acting exercises and attended many professional training sessions on the subject. Gradually, I began teaching. My clients were not only artists, but also managers, IT professionals, doctors, teachers, and many others. I quickly realized how valuable these exercises are for both professional and personal development. Over the years, I ran a school called everydayACTOR in Bratislava, where I taught more than 2,500 clients. Currently, I teach young teachers at KPH Wien how to integrate drama into their lessons. I also offer private coaching to the public. If you’d like to improve your confidence, presence, or communication skills, I would love to work with you!
