My lessons are student-centred, flexible, and fun! Lessons are continuously adapted to suit the individual; every lesson is structured based on a learner's identified needs.
The focus of lessons will initially be based on a student needs assessment carried out at the start of your course, and adapted based on your progress and changing needs throughout the duration of a specific course.
Learning areas identified may include:
* Refining your pronunciation
* Grammar (parts of speech, tenses, modal verbs, phrasal verbs, conditionals, etc.)
* Practicing everyday language and conversational skills
* Exam preparation, focusing on specific grammar and/or vocabulary
* Reading comprehension and practice
* Writing correction or practice
* Job interview preparation
* CV and cover letter drafting
* Improving listening skills
* Business vocabulary and speaking practice
* Improved confidence in using English
Lessons are conducted almost entirely in English, since this has shown to be the most effective way for students to learn a foreign or second language.
To notice an improvement in your English skills, it is recommended that you book a course of at least 20 hours to start with.
