Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise that improves mobility, flexibility , strength, mind-body connection and mindfulness. A class can vary between 45-60mins, it consists of essential mat exercises to build up technique and intermediate/advanced exercises to challenge depending on the student. We end on a relaxing and inspiring meditation to round off. My goal is to create a safe and positive space. I set goals with each individual, which we work towards. I love working with others and always strive to bring bright energy to my classes.

Bonjour, I'm Hannah! A French tutor based in Central Edinburgh. I have worked with all ages and levels- kids as young as 7 years old, assisted teenagers with school exams (GCSE, Highers) and worked with a number of families preparing to move abroad to a French speaking country and those who simply just want to learn French for fun! I like to make my lessons fun and creative catering to each student's specific needs.
