Many parents recognize this: at first, everything seems fine, but suddenly, failing grades in math, chemistry, or other science subjects start to appear. The material becomes faster and more difficult, and students unknowingly lose their way. What starts with a single failing grade can quickly escalate into a chronic learning deficit, test stress, and a lack of self-confidence. At school, there's often not enough time to help everyone individually. As a result, some students are left with questions that are never properly explained. Through targeted, personalized tutoring, I help students close those gaps and finally truly understand the material. I explain difficult topics clearly and step-by-step, so students not only get better grades but also regain confidence and peace of mind during tests and exams. I have a VWO Science & Health background and am studying in the medical/dental field, which gives me a lot of experience with science subjects such as chemistry, biochemistry and mathematics. Many parents wait until grades are low or exam year begins, but early intervention makes the difference between continuing to struggle and making progress again. In class, we will cover all subjects related to biology and medicine that the student wants and considers important. This is of course often about the material that is tested at school, but if there is a need for my knowledge in the medical/medical field, I can also put together challenging lessons for that. For example, if there are students who feel attracted by the study of medicine, I can help them discover whether it is something for them through the lessons and help them further on their way.

I am currently a third year student in pre-med at Erasmus University College, and a second year in mechanical engineering at TU Delft. I am proficient in teaching in English and can explain stuff in Dutch, but at a slightly slower pace as it is my second language. I can essentially tutor all STEM subjects with a week's notice due to my coursework in almost all field but here is a list I am most comfortable with: Mathematics, Physics, Biology (not plant biology), Chemistry, Computer science (Matlab and Python), principles of engineering design (including SolidWorks) and Economics. My previous experience with teaching is both at a university level as an education and research assistant for Behavioural Economics, and as a part-time high school teacher for biology and Mathematics. In my free time, I like to play tennis and grab a drink with my friends – I am extremely compassionate, but I value my time and hope that you can match my enthusiasm in class. I did the IB program in high school and scored a 42.

The SAT exam is one of the major steps you need to go through in your life; it's a step that is going to determine your college, your university, and your future as a whole. As with a lot of things in life, it can be a hard step, and there is no shame in asking for help. Here comes my role: I will help you overcome your problems and your difficulties. My job here is to help you achieve your desired results and unlock your potential. Simply put, we will go through every lesson, every unit, and every chapter. We will understand the concept of each lesson, with clear examples to follow. After each one, you will be tested, and after finishing your program, you will be tested on it. I hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy and 2 Masters degrees from the University of Paris V René-Descartes. Since the beginning of my higher education, and since I established myself as a freelancer after 10 years of managerial career in the pharmaceutical industry, I have been used to regularly giving private lessons to pupils and students of all levels, Primary, Secondary and Higher, supporting them until they pass their exams. The main disciplines in which I support students are essentially scientific. The perspectives offered are transdisciplinary.
