I am a fluent English speaker who has achieved an A* for A level English literature; a smashing 100% in all papers. I would be delighted to tutor an ideally GCSE or SATS student for English and SATs math students.
I offer excellent services and have more than one years experience working with a range of students with different abilities and creating fun environments where the students thrive in learning.

I have received an A* in both Psychology and English Literature A level whereby I can proudly say I was an industrious, inspiring student and can do the same for other students as well. I had studied one year for my psychology with neuroscience degree and felt as if I wanted something more rewarding whereby I chose teaching as my career. I have over 4 years of experience in teaching and tutoring English as a second language. I am currently a PhD researcher at King’s College London and run this tutoring business on the side, as I enjoy motivating students to learn new skills and overcome challenges.

I have studied English language and literature for all of my academic life and being multi-lingual (Fluent in Dutch and Sinhala), I understand how difficult it is to learn a language as a complete beginner. I am an empathetic and understanding teacher, but I also know how to push your limits and show you what you are capable of.

I will assign some, flexible homework for out of class, but most of the content will be addressed in the lesson. I am available to teach all levels of English or aid in English literature, but please message me for more information!
