A typical boxing/sports coaching session usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and has a 3-stream logic including :
1/ dynamic warm-up & stretching to prepare your body and mind for exercise,
2/ boxing drills (percussion on pads, footwork, light sparring...) to reconnect with your body and the environment,
3/ a HIIT cross-training circuit of functional exercises to boost your energy levels.
Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today!
