Hello! I’m Lia, a Brazilian Portuguese teacher passionate about helping students of all ages speak confidently and naturally. I love teaching conversation, focusing on real-life situations, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency. My lessons are interactive, personalized, and fun, tailored to each student’s goals—whether for travel, work, study, or daily life.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the Federal Institute of Ceará, Brazil, and a Bachelor’s degree in Languages from Ingá University Center, Brazil. My name is Nicolas, and I am a Brazilian Portuguese teacher with eight years of teaching experience. I have been speaking Portuguese for about ten years now. I learned the language while living in Brazil for several long periods, both for study and work. I am currently living there again.

Having also gone through the process of learning to speak this language, I am well aware of the different stages my students go through. This helps a lot.

My lessons are tailor-made to achieve personal goals and are adapted to the specific needs of each student.

Practice is prioritized throughout the learning process in order to gain autonomy as quickly as possible. Grammar is also covered, depending on the student's level.
