Hi, I will teach you some ballet technique classes as a gentle yet technical method to work on body mobility and coordination so you can prepare your body to your dance class or your other physical activities.
Performed through conscious breathing at a gentle rhythm, your body will gain coordination, flexibility and a new ease of moving. It will feel strengthening and relaxing at the same time.
