A professional actor for over twenty years (National, RSC, The Old Vic, West End) and an Olivier Award nominee, my classes will share with you the toolkit necessary to make your way in the acting profession.
Having tutored for all ages and levels of experience in the past, if you're a beginner looking for help with a speech, or a more experienced actor looking to step up to the next level, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Working as a professional actor for over twenty years, I've performed with companies such as The National Theatre, The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Old Vic. Alongside my acting work I have always enjoyed teaching and passing on my skills to enthusiastic actors of all ages and levels of experience. Whether you need to study a scene for an exam, or you just want to expand your acting skills, my aim is to help you to develop all the tools you need to achieve your acting goals.
I pride myself on being a patient tutor and always like to keep the emphasis on making learning fun.

Hi there!
I am Ida, a creative and passionate musician, and music educator, counting 20 years in artistic practice and having 7+ years of experience in teaching. I offer you fun and inspiring singing lessons which are based on your individual needs and preferences.

Either you are a beginner or advanced, I am looking forward to supporting you on your musical path!

You'll learn the structure of the language, how to hold conversations, listening for gist and specific information, reading and writing texts of increasing complexity, how to fill out forms, writing letters to official bodies and of complaint, exam preparation e.g. for GCSE/A Level.

In the singing lesson we look at breathing, vocal technique, language, expression and interpretation. I take much pleasure in watching a student grow and facilitating their development and helping them on their own path. The most important thing to me is that they enjoy using their voice and telling a story through music.

I have recently graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a Master of Music degree with distinction. Through the developing of my private practice, I am becoming increasingly interested and deeply passionate about teaching singing and singing pedagogy. For me, music – and especially singing – is all about communication, between performer and audience, between composer and performer/audience, between teacher and student; it is about conveying a story and human emotions that people can relate to and that give us a sense of connection and belonging. This requires not only a deep understanding of technical skills, but also a sensitivity to the text and the way it is set into music, both melodically and harmonically.

Acting is a variety of opportunities: it's playful, as an actor you can work in different fields, theatre, film, voice-over and radio.
I can help you to grow and be confident to get into the acting school or into work. Furthermore, I can teach you how to be able to work independently on a role.
With children I love to jump into improvisations and see and guide where it goes to create something magnificent.
If you need more confidence in public speaking I am all ears and will help you to gain the confidence.
Moreover, we can work on Radio podcasts as I have over 10 years experience in directing, producing and hosting podcasts.

I'm a professional actor, trained at Cygnet Theatre in Exeter, now living in London. I have extensive experience performing in immersive theatre - communicating, catching and holding the attention of a wide variety of people.

I also have experience in storytelling, working with and teaching children of all ages, as well as writing and producing theatre.

Starting drama classes as a teenager was one of the most important things I ever did. It help me build confidence, develop empathy and ground me as the person I am today.

I love performing and creating experiences for my audience - watching their faces as they're surprised, entertained or disgusted by the stories I tell.

But just as important as that is the opportunity to share some of the tools I learned from drama school with other people - tools that can be used every day in communication, emotional regulation and play.
