Yoga is a great tool for life. From keeping our physical body radiantly healthy and strong, a calm mind, to help us to alleviate stress and slowly develop an attitude of peace towards the constant changing world around us.
We will focus on:
Flow classes to all levels, being present with our inner selves, breath, and physical body.
Also, they will include some meditation and pranayama to make the practice more whole.
I have been recently certified as a Yoga Instructor in India and I cant wait to share some of what I have learnt!
Yoga is for every human being. Doesnt matter how old you are, your fitness level or any other conditions. Everyone can practise and enjoy the benefits that Yoga can bring us.
We will start the class with some gentle breath-movement coordination, following with a customised sequence of asanas (it will be specialised for the student) and we will finish with some pranayama and meditation.
This class is for people who know from very very little basic Spanish to more fluent speakers who would like to increase their grammar, vocabulary, and even their colloquial Spanish. We will be learning practical examples of real-life situations.
Based on my experience living abroad in different countries, I know what it means to face a new language, and sometimes even to improve our current skills we need to work a little bit extra to go ahead and talk. I will definitely help you with this practical common use of Spanish.
