Making music is an opportunity that everybody should have in their life. Personally, I think it is a beautiful and alternative way of communication, which opens up new horizons of empathy and it carries important values such as respect and understanding towards others. Being able to play an instrument gives great satisfaction, allows us to have fun, and trains our brain for the complexity of combining the mental and physical spheres at the same time!
