Meditation is a powerful exercise for individuals to relax. In my Meditation classes, the whole process will be guided.
This class is for kids and teenagers.
We will begin the class with certain breathing exercises and then do the guided meditation ( it can be about mountain, trees, relaxing the body by imagining the shoulder, feet; etc...)
