Trusted teacher: I've been a drummer for almost 20 years now, and I've graduated from both Brussels Royal Conservatory of Music (classical percussion) and Mons Royal Conservatory of Music (pedagogy). I've been teaching percussion, the drums and music theory for a little more than 4 years now. My students are always the real actors of my courses. No matter what instrument you are learning, be it percussion, the drums, marimba, vibraphone, or music theory, I always pay close attention to your personal goals, and together we devise a unique learning plan that adapts to your strengths as well as your weaknesses. My courses are aimed at anyone who is willing to put effort into learning music; children or adults, complete beginners or more advanced players who wish to receive additional feedback and insight. Autonomy, creativity, curiosity and listening skills are the true pillars of my methodology. We pay as much attention to technique as to musicality or listening skills. Additionally, I provide tailored exercises, on-demand sheet music and transcriptions according to your needs, as well as additional resources and recommendations on my website to nourish your musical life and journey. I teach the following: -the drums, in various styles (rock, funk, jazz, shuffle, pop, world music, latin music, on-demand songs) and forms (Moeller technique, speed, rudiments, syncopation, breaks, solo, independence, musicality, double pedal, push-pull, etc.); -percussion (2 or 4-mallet marimba and vibraphone, xylophone, timpani, cajón, hand percussion), in both contemporary and classical music styles; -music theory, which can and will easily be integrated into my drumming or percussion courses, or can be taught as a separate course for music students who are seeking remedial education; -harmony; -sight reading techniques; -perfect and relative pitch (experimental)

Trusted teacher: Hello, I am a professional musician. I give lessons (all levels / all ages) battery on Montreuil. The study path can be decided together, depending on the interests, attitudes or levels of the student. My program is as follows: - study on independence - writing and reading the score - technical study / snare drum studies - play-alongs / cd to choice - polyrithmies optional: - notions of musical harmony - theory - music theory - piano Classes take place in my well equipped and comfortable studio. Classes are in French but also in the eventuality in English, German or Italian. SPECIAL CHILDREN: The course is for children of all ages wishing to learn drums. It consists of a series of meetings around the world of music, focusing on the rhythm and the world of percussion. - With the little ones (5-7 years), it will be a question of becoming familiar with the instrument in order to favor a first discovery of the universe of the sounds and the musical practices. - With older children (8 - 14) a course of knowledge of music in its basic notions will be developed. Starting from these primary elements, a practical work of playful orchestration will take place. Which will be accompanied by an activity aimed at acquiring theoretical knowledge (geographical, musical, historical) and practical knowledge (percussion orchestra, basics of different techniques). The project's pedagogy aims to develop in children a particular attention to cooperation as well as group work. objectives • acquisition of the musical bases • basic approach to music education (height, duration, intensity of sounds) • acquisition of a general knowledge about percussion (their origins, different styles) • acquisition of musical interaction ability • to be able to reproduce in show aims Foster the ability of the student to confront the other. To succeed in staying in a group, contributing, each with its small part, to learn and create together. Develop the ability to listen and pay attention in order to encourage social disinhibition both in the world of live performance and in non-musical contexts. PARTNERSHIPS: Around the year, musicians will be invited to the venue (off-rate) Do not hesitate to contact me for any type of question:

Daniel is a really nice guy who listens carefully to what you want to achieve and takes the time to find out what you already know and understand. I went into the first lesson without much of a plan and found myself buying a practice pad right after to start practicing.
