Mir geht es um eine reflektierende Ausbildung und Wissensvermittlung die von meinem Gegenüber verstanden und mit eigenen Worten erklärt werden kann.
Es geht nicht um auswendig lernen, es geht darum die Systeme, Abläufe und Zusammenhänge zu verstehen - das Ganze in der IT zu verstehen.

Ich bilde nun seit drei Jahren aktiv Auszubildende in IT Berufen aus und gebe bereits seit Kinderjahren mein Wissen und Erkenntnisse sehr gern anderen zum eigenen Wachstum weiter.

Ich möchte neben der Wissensvermittlung auch eine Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe schaffen. Ich möchte selbstständige Menschen aus- und weiterbilden, sodass sie Herausforderungen durchdenken und Lösungswege finden können. In der IT ein tägliches Brot.

Ich finde durch visuelle Darstellung ist ein Verstehen oft wesentlich einfacher als nur Informationen zu lesen oder zu hören - sicherlich macht ist die richtige Mischung das Beste für jeden individuell.

Mein Erfolg ist das Feedback meiner Auszubildenden und Schüler, wenn sie mir von ihren Erfolgen auf Grund des Gelernten berichten.

Our course objectives are structured to cover three main areas: First, the students should understand the basic concepts of a simulator, second, they should understand how the TCP/IP protocol suite is modelled in OMNeT++ and third, they should understand how to analyse a TCP/IP based communication network. After the completion of exercises, the students are expected to have a sound knowledge of using OMNeT++ with the INET framework to analyse a communication network. Finally, the student will learn how to model different IoT networks in SimuLTE modeler.
