I offer a holistic, well-rounded music education for all ages and abilities. The training I provide is tailored towards the students personal learning objectives and goals, some of these include solo performance, improvisation, playing in an ensemble and composition.

My approach combines conventional and alternative teaching methods, such as reading music, playing by ear, solfeggio, the suzuki method and mindfulness. The three aspects I prioritize in my lessons are imagination, experimentation and creativity.

My method focuses on understanding and expanding the students' musical capacities by means of an integrative approach that includes physical training, technique and comprehension.

About me:
I'm a graduate of the University of Manchester, with a masters with distinction in music composition. I have several years experience performing classical contemporary music, as well as music from the klezmer, Persian, Arabic and Jazz traditions. In addition, I have over 9 years teaching experience with students of different ages and educational backgrounds.

I am a young violin teacher currently studying with Elisabeth Perry and Rodney Friend. I studied with Stefano Pagliani and Florin Paul in Italy and with Andrés Calatayud in Castellón, now I am doing my bachelor studies in HKU Conservatory. I have experience teaching high level and beginners level players.

Do you want to learn violin or improve your skills on it? So you're more than welcome to my class! With me you can learn from the basics of this instrument to the advanced technique in a helpful and efficient way. Even I can help you with orchestral auditions or auditions to enter in a music school.
I have my bachelor's diploma from Spain and now I'm doing the violin master degree in Utrecht Conservatorium.

My goal as a music teacher is to make the students able to experience all types of emotions by playing music, understanding the musical process from its roots with a creative approach. My lessons are designed according to the specific needs of each student and the main objective is to guide them in the optimal direction to achieve their full potential in a fun way. Thereby, the instrument becomes a tool to understand what making music really means and will be a way for the student to express his emotions. My approach to the lessons can provide a lot of creativity, fun and originality.

How will my lessons look like
From the first lesson, the student will start making music. We will begin learning the basic concepts of music, developing listening and rhythmic skills with fun exercises. Lessons will also be focused on learning the basics of music theory, creating a solid technical base and paying special attention to having a relaxed and healthy body posture. My academic and professional experience has helped me create a teaching method where improvisation is an essential tool for the student. I enjoy working on it from the beginning since it is a perfect way to develop musicality.

Playing different music genres together
As a musician, another of my sources of inspiration is to get to know and to learn from different styles, playing and experimenting with music from the classical period until the most avant-garde style. During the lessons, we will play pop, jazz, classical and many other styles. I would like to explore the instrument with the student in a fun way, growing, improving, and discovering new ways of making music together. During the lessons the students and I could play together, either playing some duos with the cello or accompanying them with the piano, which is an activity that I really enjoy. Playing together with more people and with a polyphonic instrument from the beginning will give the student clues to learn how to play in ensembles and listen to all the different voices that can be part of any musical composition.

She teaches in English, Spanish, Italian, German and soon in Dutch. Lessons can take place at your place or at my place (in the centre of Utrecht) as I have a beautiful grand piano at my disposal. For young, teenagers and adults, all levels, no previous experience necessary.

I have been working for 12 years as a piano and music teacher (I started very very young, when I was 14 years old, because I always liked teaching): I have experience in private lessons and official state music schools, with children from 2 years and adults of all levels, both teaching individually and in groups. I have taught piano, music and movement for children, music theory, solfeggio and choir.

I finished my bachelor studies with the highest marks, I have experience as a concert performer and have won prizes in competitions and several scholarships prizes.

The way I teach actually depends entirely on the student. The way I explain the concepts, plan and structure the lessons and approach each subject all depends on whether the student is a beginner, intermediate or advanced, and whether he or she has some experience on the subject.

Each student has different needs and different abilities. It's just a matter of getting to know the student, in order to identify both the weaknesses and strengths on which to work.

I'm very passionate about teaching and always trying to adapt to the needs of each individual. I have received an ABRSM teaching diploma and therefore successfully completed the course to teach students from beginners- advanced. I'm a very patient and positive person and always try to encourage and support my students.

Hello everyone, I'm Enrico and I come from Italy. Right now I am in Utrecht where I am doing a master's degree in cello under the guidance of Timora Rosler.
During my years of studies I always had the possibility to teach music, in fact while I was doing my Bachelor in Italy at the Conservatory of Turin, I taught cello and music theory in a private music school called "Isla de Musiqueros", in this school I had the opportunity to teach people of all ages, including children under 4 years old.
When I moved to the Netherlands little by little I started to find students and many many concerts.

I believe that playing is the best way to have fun and express your emotions, the work I want to do is work on tensions and try to help you melt away while playing, in this way you can have more sound and feel more free.
Technique is also very important in the everyday life of a musician, together we can see the best exercises for you, to help you improve and have more confidence with the instrument.
