I teach the darbuka and its rhythms according to your objectives: - Learning the strokes and sounds - Learning traditional rhythms (Egyptian, Turkish, Greek...) - Learning rhythmic solfège - Working on listening to and recognizing rhythms - History and cultural context of traditional music in which the darbouka is situated. As a musician and percussionist, I developed my musical knowledge by following the professional training in contemporary music at the Jazz School in Tours from 2023 to 2025.
