Music Producers and Sound Engineers, we use the expanded capabilities of studios to extend compositions into a device for arranging and composing (DAW: Logic Pro, ProTools, Ableton Live, OneStudio, Cubase, Reaper, Reason, etc). This has caused the recording studio to become a meta-instrument, to shape entire compositions. In my opinion, we are not any more composers of music, but we are composers of sound.
