This lesson will provide an introduction to the five nutrients and their food sources, along with their functions.

This lesson will explore the first three of five different nutrients, focusing on Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat.

You will need paper, pen, colouring pencils and pictures of a variety of different foods.

You will receive 4 individual yoga classes and a unit (between 45 - 120min) full of information about your cycle and the optimal nutrition based on your needs and challenges.
