However, my passion for chess has transcended competition, and in 2018, I made the decision to transition into a career as a professional chess tutor. Now, I find great joy in sharing the intricacies and beauty of chess with my students, and helping them to develop their own strategies and techniques. It's incredibly fulfilling to see my students grow in their understanding of the game and to watch their progress over time.

We can even try an online lesson if you don't want to spend time commuting. I know how difficult is to find the right mentor and therefore I offer you this option to help you.

I have worked in international reinsurance and medical underwriting for 10 years in London and Paris, before spending 5 years as Director of Operations of an insurance company in France.
Since 2007 I have been drawing on this experience as a specialist English business language trainer. I research, write and deliver 4- and 8-hour workshops to individuals or to groups of up to 10 people on technical and sector-specific subjects

I have developed online interactive courses for business people looking to improve their technical English knowledge in subjects such as Finance, Insurance, Business basics, Medical and also the Wine Industry. The online courses can be combined with telephone lessons to enable speech practise and discuss questions raised by the online exercises.

I also offer 1-2-1 lessons by video telephone calls.

Lessons will be optimized through the students' targets (Daily language, academic, business, etc.)
My teaching method focuses on reading, writing, listening, pronunciation, and building vocabulary. My target is teaching in an engaging way as much as possible.

I will be bringing and recommending different kinds of materials, especially for your needs. I'm a certified teacher and I follow CEFR (The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) as possible. It is for providing standardization for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.

I support the students with their English homework. I help broaden pronunciation and conversation. We learn in a playful way and expand the vocabulary together.
We learn to speak and write English properly. We don't forget the fun.
