About Me

The viola has opened a world of possibilities and visions about music for me, with the transformative power of art within society being the fundamental pillar of my professional career.
I have had the opportunity to be part of various orchestras at the district level such as Tocar y Luchar Cafam Colombia, the Bogotá Pre-Youth Philharmonic Orchestra (OFP), the Symphony Orchestra of the Faculty of Arts ASAB and the Chamber Orchestra of the Sergio University Grove. Likewise, I have been invited/accepted to various musical events such as the 480th birthday of Bogotá, the Interviolas Bogotá Festival, the Alla Corda orchestral meeting and the FestiQartetos Festival with the Triaetum Quartet.
Art has cultivated in me a love for pedagogy, seeing in this faculty of knowledge the ability to change and/or improve our society, allowing us to generate better places for coexistence and recreation.

These classes are designed for students with different knowledge of piano, from beginner to intermediate - advanced. Normally I use the Faber Piano Adventures method, useful for all ages and levels, but another method can be chosen depending on the learning style of each student. We start with pre-reading, introduction to the staff and reading of scores. You will learn in a fun and effective way how to read music. Also, comprehensively, you will learn about music theory and ear training. Additionally, you are free to propose songs of your liking, to learn them along with the method.

I am a classically, latin, jazz, reggae, rock, pop trained composer, guitarrist, pianist, bassist, singer and drummer (B.A in jazz as Guitar/Piano performance).
