Trusted teacher: How to prepare for a media interview? What means should be used to fight his fear of the camera and improve his image? How to present yourself and your project in front of a camera? How to present yourself and your project to the media? Targeted content according to your project: Verbal and/or gestural communication; Seduction of the lens and/or microphone; Improvisation in front of a microphone and/or camera; Voice & gaze; One or two camera games; Chronic; Animation; Reporting; Live radio & TV; Interview; Narration; Speech in all its forms (...). In short, several objectives: ◾ Confront your shyness in front of the microphone/camera. ◾ Understand his speech and diction. ◾ Tame the media environment (radio/tv). ◾ Become familiar with your image and voice. ◾ Manage your speaking time. Through exercises (diction, voice, presence, breathing, presentations, time management), role plays, simulated interviews and familiarization with their image and voice, participants evolve at their own pace within a framework flexible teaching. Please note that during the videoconference session, all the notes are transcribed gradually on the chat so that you can access them at any time when you wish. Indeed, speaking is a predominantly physical activity, which, while taking care of its image, is based on a body, a voice, a breath, a rhythm (diction) and an emotion (the imagination and the sensations ) reflecting the speaker's involvement in his speech. How to send a clear message? How to make the difference, to make an impression? Knowing how to speak, act and interact in public is almost a necessity today: your public speaking must be effective and efficient with clear, simple and impactful messages. Simple and pragmatic tools will be presented for: generating listening ● making an impression ● fostering confidence ● generating need ● motivating teams by explaining a strategy ● getting messages across within groups ● overcoming shyness by assimilating 3 CRV axes (body-breathing-voice) ● better manage disagreement or conflict. Mastered, the method allows: • to improve self-confidence and stress management with the development of the speaker's (verbal-corporal) ease, his public speaking skills and his sense of repartee and improvisation. • to work on their ease, leadership, charisma, creativity and personal development through role-playing scenarios. * to improve the characteristics of the spoken voice (timbre, pitches, intention, flow). * convey your message through your image, while gaining improvisation skills and responsiveness. Supplemented by basic exercises (diction, voice, presence, breathing, presentation, time management), role plays, improvisations and simulations. With the key word: pronunciation, diction / articulation, the sense of repartee. Trusted teacher: Born following behavioral observation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) designates a whole set of techniques (dissociation, reframing, etc.) and methods aimed at promoting the personal development of the individual. Neuro-linguistic programming is concerned with how humans function in a given environment, based on their behavioral patterns. Through a set of techniques and methods, NLP helps to change the way an individual perceives his environment. Indeed, each individual has a map of the world which is specific to him, and which is modulated by his beliefs and his conditioning. The purpose of NLP is to modify this map in order to enable the individual to achieve their goals more effectively. NLP therefore provides the necessary tools to make personal and structural changes, in order to create new potential for success. Neuro-linguistic programming is primarily concerned with "How to make it work well?" Rather than "Why is this not working?" ". It suggests recognizing the behaviors we adopt when communicating, and then making changes if desired. - “Programming” refers to the fact that we are conditioned by our environment which includes a system of beliefs and behaviors. - “Neuro” means that these programs are encoded in our neural circuits. - “Linguistics” refers to language, whether verbal or non-verbal. Examples of benefits of Neurolinguistic Programming: -Improvement of the mother-child relationship -Improved performance and decreased anxiety -Improvement of psychological difficulties and quality of life (..) The objective of this training: to target the tools which will support your communication, your image, will help you to decipher your interlocutor (...) to better achieve your objectives. Thus, after having exchanged with you about the essential blockages that you encounter, targeted areas for improvement, your objectives (...), pragmatic tools, techniques & methods will be put in place based on the initial data. Combined with these theoretical elements, their implementation will follow (for example, by filmed simulations or at the end of the session in real life). Course of a session: in conversational form, the practitioner identifies the problem and determines the objective with the client by asking a set of questions. He directs his questions towards solutions rather than the story that generated the situation. Then according to his practice, the practitioner uses the tools at his disposal in order to remove blockages and promote behavioral change, while deciphering the communication of the other as well as his own, thanks to specific NLP tools. THE PRACTITIONER Trained at the Grande Ecole post-preparatory classes & Ivy League University in the United States, our consultant teacher trainer has specialized and worked for more than 17 years, in Europe and North America, in the field, in renowned international public and private establishments, regularly speaking in forums and conferences, and also offering personalized INDIVIDUAL support, with pedagogy and meticulous methodology as the watchwords. ➤ PLACE, TIMETABLE, PRICES ✓ Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Fribourg-Zurich-Neuchâtel-Lugano-Montreux-Basel-Neuchâtel-Bern-Lucerne-Brussels-Luxembourg-Paris-Lyon. Trusted teacher: Learning Sculpture: From Classicism to Abstraction. Sculpture classes for amateurs or beginners. Starting with bas-relief and progressing to sculpture in the round. I offer classical or abstract training in contemporary art, allowing you to explore your imagination and/or create figurative figures. The course is obviously based on your interests. If you're interested in learning practical sculpting techniques, such as figurative art, we'll focus on that. If you're more drawn to a more abstract form of expression, I'll guide you through your more fantastical ideas. Once your pieces are made, we will think together about the best finishes, whether it be molding and casting in plaster, or ceramic firing of the work. Your productions in progress will be protected and handled with care, and any production that passes the final molding or baking stage will belong to you; I will ask you to take them back when they are finished. The figurative and abstract art courses offer different paths, which can obviously be combined to achieve an interesting middle ground. The figurative course provides busts and plaster casts from which to create models, allowing you to better understand the forms of the face, body, and volumes that make up the human being. Anatomical references will also be available as needed; for example, when working on the torso in modeling, I will present you with advanced anatomical references that you can keep. The course on abstraction operates on another axis, freer, where it will be your ideas above all which will build your path, with technical help from me, advice and helping hands when you need it. You can combine these two courses and I will gladly accompany you on this more mixed path. Since sculpture is a medium that takes up space, your works should not exceed certain dimensions, which will be determined based on your desires and ambitions. Materials are provided: clay, plaster, modeling tools, and other tools. The quantities of clay and plaster will vary depending on your artwork and the chosen method; this variation may affect the price. For example, a piece requiring 5-10 kilos of clay will be less expensive than one requiring twice that amount. Silicone molding may also incur higher costs. ENGLISH: Learning Sculpture: From Classicism to Abstract Art. Sculpture classes for amateurs or beginners, starting with low relief and progressing to free-standing sculpture. I teach classical or abstract contemporary art, allowing you to explore your more abstract ideas, or the creation of figures and portraits. The course is, of course, tailored to your interests. If you're focused on learning specific sculpting techniques in combination with figurative work—we'll concentrate on that. If you're more interested in a more abstract form of expression, I'll accompany you on your creative path. Once your pieces are completed, we will discuss the best finishing options together, whether that involves casting in plaster or firing the work in a kiln. Your works-in-progress will be protected and handled with care, and any piece that reaches the final stage of casting or firing will belong to you; I will ask you to collect them once they are finished. The figurative course provides busts and plaster casts, allowing you to better understand the shapes of the face, the body, and the volumes that make up the human form. Anatomy references will also be available to you as needed; for example, when working on the torso through modeling, I will provide you with good anatomical references that you can keep. The course on abstraction takes a different, freer approach, where your technical ideas will be the primary focus in shaping your creative journey, with guidance from me, as well as advice and support whenever you need it. You can, of course, combine these two courses, and I will be happy to guide you on this more mixed path. We are incredibly grateful to have found Prashil through Apprentus. He has been tutoring our son Floris, who is currently in Grade 10 at the International School of Utrecht and follows the HL Maths curriculum. Germán is a great teacher and also fun to work with. He first carefully diagnoses strengths and weaknesses and then designs tailored exercises around the learning needs and gives concrete feedback and shares vocabulary tips. If you search someone to better understand homework/grammar exercises or someone for stand-alone private classes, German is your guy for both. He can explain grammar or improve conversational skills. Before our private lessons, I took courses at the Cervantes institute and my professor there also respected him a lot for his teaching methods and knowledge.
