This teacher was 20 minutes late to the first class because he overslept during a nap. We almost requested a refund through the 100% Apprentus guarantee, but decided to give him another chance. He did not show up to the second class and did not respond to my messages until the next day, saying he had confused me with another client. Very unprofessional. He listed English, but was not able to teach math in English very clearly. I do not recommend this teacher.

She is very patient and encouraging and helpful 🙂
