I am an experienced Primary School teacher, who has recently left full time teaching in order to devote more of my time to my tutees. Specialising in 11 Plus, Primary school level Maths and English, in my tutoring approach, I like building a dialogue with my pupils which allows them to enjoy and take ownership of their learning. Once targets are identified, I put together lesson plans that will cater to my pupil's needs and learning style. At the core of my practice lies keeping my students engaged and passionate about learning. I succeed in this through the use of interactive resources, varying tasks, scaffolding and discussion. Over the years, my Eleven Plus students have been offered places in a range of Grammar, Independent and other selective schools. Thus, I have experience with a range of testing systems (GL, CEM, ISEB, Kent and more).

Biology is an essential subject which is required for both self evaluation and also for academic purposes. In academic purposes there are lots of opportunities for building a career in biology such as doctor, forensic officer, pharmacist, biotechnologist, and much more. It's a rapidly growing sector.

Over the last few decades I’ve spoken at huge (business) events and conferences around the world including London, Paris, Cannes, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Halifax (Canada), NYC, Atlanta, etc. I’ve also given eulogies, been a best man multiple times, and given awards. I’d love to share what works and what doesn’t when talking to any audience of any size. At home, work or school. Whatever. And mostly how to get the confidence to stand up in the first place :)

This class is for aspiring actors, singers and writers. The focus is to train your body, voices and minds for performance giving you techniques and skills that will build up your confidence and self- esteem. My teaching methodology is the "art comes from the artist". I teach skills that enables the student to explore, understand and nurture their own ideas to turn it into art.My teaching methods wont only bring out the actor in you, but also the writer, director or designer if that is the path you may want to go down. I am patient and fun and treat my students with respect and integrity. I expect the same from them. We will be exploring play scripts, film scripts and pieces of music from musical theatre.
