Animal care is a broad topic, I'm able to teach many areas as someone who's worked in zoos and rescue centres. You will learn the basics for every pet. This is important for the general well-being of your pet(s). Have you ever had the following questions? How do you recognize discomfort? Pain or hunger? When should you go to the vet and when can you fix it yourself? How do you know that your pet is getting optimal nutrition? How do you know when your pet is satisfied, happy or lonely? Why is my pet exhibiting this strange behavior? When do I need an animal trainer, nutritionist or wellness coach? Is it my body style? Struggling with training your dog simple things, such as... lead walking, crate training, hyperactive when guests arrive, etc... ? Not to worry! It can be an extremely difficult task for you and your dog to begin with. All that’s needed is your patience and determination. YOU WILL GET THERE!! And I am more than happy to help! In the UK around 130,000 dogs are put to be rehomed every year. Annually around 3.5k dogs put in a shelter that struggle to find a home are euthanised. I don’t want for you or your pooch to have to do this and will help you every step of the way until there is success! This training is obedience targeted but can offer a small amount of behavioural knowledge from past experiences. Although I would recommend a qualified behaviouralist that can meet your dog 1-1. I only offer help and advice to help you gain knowledge of what’s needed to have your dog well trained and obedient.

Wether a cat, dog, bird or hamster, all pets deserve to learn basic communication with their human friends. This class is solely to teach the basic tricks and obedience as well as gaining insight on your pet. We can start by teaching recall and enforcing the use of their name. This will progress to sit, down, up, wait, leave it, high five, turn around, heel, etc. I can also provide tips to avoid unwanted situations for first time pet owners as well as some insight into the body language and how to understand your pet. We can discuss odd or bad behaviour and how to work around it as well as socialization and handling. I am experienced with cats and dogs mainly but can offer some classes for rabbits, birds and rodents. The class will mainly be a consultation and planning as well as guidance on how to train your pet where I will check up on progress and provide tips. Training is a long and ongoing process therefore owners should be patient with their pets and willing to learn. Understanding your pet and feeling compassionate towards them is the first step forward. I dont charge high rates because I believe training is a necessity for pet owners.

Join me on a virtual interactive South African safari experience that is great for groups and corporate team building events We will take a look at the beautiful world of some of the most amazing animals on earth by exploring footage of the great savannas, grasslands, and wetlands of Southern Africa and virtually encounter my favorite animals that we would normally encounter on an outdoor Safari. I will guide you, as if on safari, and discuss the animal's behaviors, habitats, and appearances to learn why they are so special and essential pieces to the ecosystem. With your help and some activities, we will encounter the Big 5 along with some other key animals founds in the wild. Learn how to identify the animals by sight and sound. The goal of this experience is not to be a lecture on the animals but rather a more engaging and fun virtual tour. Other things to note I won't be going out and looking for the animals but we will view footage of the animals in South Africa so we can accurately see their behaviors and appearance. This is not a lecture but rather an interactive activity to learn about the animals you will find in South Africa

Basic Dog Tricks This class is all about the dogs! Ever wonder what your dog is thinking about? Do you wish they would stop jumping on you? Maybe you want them to stop stealing your sandwich when you’re eating. Well then this class is for you. We will be breaking down what motivates dogs and how we can change it. Students will learn with use of PowerPoint and demonstration. By the end of this class you will know how to make your dog sit, shake, and lay down!
